Francis Rios stated she acquired a ‘Christmas miracle’ from the Salvation Military when she was 9. It impressed her to pay it ahead.

The group’s director of donor relations, Francis Rios, is aware of this system can change a toddler’s life.

She and her 5 siblings had been helped by the Houston chapter of the group when Rios was simply 9 years previous.

She says her mom was incarcerated on the time.
