Cryptocurrency analyst Celal Kucuker projects that XRP could rally to $2 before the end of the month, citing a bounce from solid horizontal support at $1.315 and key descending channel dynamics.

Analyst Sets Timeline for XRP to Hit $2

XRP is currently at a crucial juncture. Cryptocurrency analyst Celal Kucuker (@CelalKucuker) shared a technical chart highlighting price behavior that points toward a rally to $2 before the conclusion of the month. At the time of the analysis, the asset was trading at $1.399, and the layout of the chart provides insight into its potential trajectory.

Details of the Chart

The chart features a descending channel outlined by two distinct trendlines, inside of which XRP has trended downward while consistently establishing lower highs. A robust horizontal support zone rests at $1.315, a level that has successfully withstood multiple tests.

Overhead resistance gathers near $1.50 and $1.55. Additionally, the chart highlights multiple Change of Character (CHoCH) signals that point to shifts in market dynamics. A bullish CHoCH surfaces around $1.50 during a recent upward push, indicating that buyers previously intervened at that threshold, while a subsequent bearish CHoCH demonstrates that sellers regained dominance.

Support Holds, and Eyes Turn Higher

The latest price action highlights a rebound off the $1.315 support level. The upper boundary of the descending channel currently rests higher up, roughly between $1.70 and $1.80, meaning a decisive move above the channel would mark a major structural change.

Until that happens, the price stays squeezed between overhead channel resistance and the floor of horizontal support. Kucuker noted in his post that XRP “bounced from a solid support level” and shared his belief that $2 is achievable before the month concludes.

The Path to $2

For XRP to successfully climb to $2, it must push past $1.55, break out of the descending channel, and successfully retest and hold those breakout levels. The CHoCH indicators on the chart indicate that past structural changes have occurred, and a repetition could quicken the upward climb. The foundation for this entire setup relies on the $1.3150 support maintaining its integrity.

Community Takes

Reactions to the analysis varied across the community. One user concurred with the $2 projection, adding that $2.16 could also be reached and suggesting a possible target of $3.1 by November.

Conversely, another analyst pointed out that while the bounce appeared robust, open interest fell by 5.9% even though long positions maintained a 2-to-1 ratio. This analyst pointed out that negative funding indicates shorts are being paid to maintain their positions, casting doubt on the strength of current buying conviction.

Another member of the community disputed the timeline for $2, arguing that a simple bounce does not guarantee a monthly breakout and pointing out that $1.45 and $1.55 remain active levels to watch.
