Stellar’s real-world asset ecosystem has achieved a milestone that few anticipated just a year ago. On October 10, 2025, the total value of RWAs distributed across the Stellar network stood at $895,744,932. By October 8, 2026, that amount had surged to $4,015,300,556, representing a 4.4x expansion over the course of a single year.
Cryptocurrency analyst X Finance Bull highlighted these figures in a post on X, expressing a strong outlook: “I think $XLM is going to be explosive.”
What the Data Shows
This expansion is clearly reflected in the network’s asset mix. One year prior, BENJI led the Stellar RWA space with $543,686,102, accompanied by $240,788,162 in USDC. While those holdings have increased, they now share space on the leaderboard with a much broader selection of financial instruments.
As of October 2026, the Spiko Amundi Overnight Swap Fund (EUR) takes the top spot at $1,299,078,382. It is followed by the Ondo U.S. Dollar Yield at $537,164,588, BENJI at $531,188,431, and the newly added VuMe Bond 2030 at $500,000,000. USDC accounts for $367,765,226. Furthermore, instruments such as the SpaceX Bond (Cometum), YLDS, EUR CoinVertible, and several Rivool Agriculture Notes are now present on the ledger alongside these established options.
Consequently, the network is expanding not only in aggregate value, but also in the diversity of assets being tokenized and issued on-chain.
If you are holding $XLM, read this.
Exactly one year ago, total RWA value on Stellar was only $895M.
Now it has broken $4B.
That’s a 4.4x jump in one year.We could be looking at tens of billions in RWAs next.
I think $XLM is going to be explosive.
Are you still bearish… https://t.co/pHZcyhG9Jw pic.twitter.com/YAbXNGvAQ5— X Finance Bull (@Xfinancebull) October 9, 2026
Community Reaction
Prompting his followers, X Finance Bull asked, “Are you still bearish right now?” The replies revealed a mix of viewpoints.
A user named Patrick Patterson noted that while he holds a position, he has reservations regarding token price behavior. “Until there is an ETF,” he wrote, “the chances of a substantial run are mitigated exponentially.”
Another user, Sheetzy, voiced a common dilemma among retail traders. “I honestly don’t understand if the RWA value has gone up, why doesn’t the price go up with these tokens,” he posted.
That is a fair point. Growth in RWAs demonstrates that enterprises and institutions are utilizing the network for its infrastructure. Asset prices, meanwhile, are influenced by separate market forces like retail interest, liquidity, and speculation, meaning the two metrics do not always correlate immediately.
Conversely, Critical Thinker expressed a much more bullish sentiment. “Anyone not investing in these opportunities will regret it,” he wrote. “There is still time to change your financial future.”
The Outlook
X Finance Bull’s projections extend beyond the current figures, arguing that the trajectory points toward “tens of billions in RWAs next.” If the network maintains the velocity it demonstrated over the past year, that prediction remains plausible.
Stellar has evolved within twelve months from a ledger holding under $1 billion in tokenized real-world assets into one surpassing the $4 billion mark, supported by an increasingly diverse and institutional roster of assets.
Whether the price of XLM will ultimately track that underlying network growth remains to be seen.
