Crypto analyst Steph Is Crypto (@Steph_iscrypto) recently took to X to highlight Evernorth’s latest financing maneuver.
As a publicly traded digital asset treasury firm centered entirely around XRP, Evernorth’s newly announced capital raise of $80.7 million marks another phase in its aggressive accumulation campaign.
The Cantor Deal
Evernorth has locked in a committed equity financing agreement with CF Principal Investments, an affiliate of Cantor Fitzgerald. According to SEC filings from October 23, the firm holds the option to sell up to roughly 5.219 million newly issued common shares in tranches.
Using the October 22 closing price of $15.46 per share, this facility is capable of producing up to approximately $80.7 million in gross proceeds. These funds are earmarked for general corporate uses, which include buying XRP. At present, Evernorth holds approximately 473 million XRP.
One important detail requires clarification: while Steph Is Crypto mentioned 80 million XRP tokens in their post, XRP’s trading value sits above $1. Should Evernorth secure the full $80.7 million, it will acquire the dollar-equivalent amount of XRP rather than 80 million individual tokens.

A Strategy Built Around Accumulation
By raising capital via debt, equity, or preferred stock, Evernorth funnels the proceeds straight into XRP. Purchases are executed via trading protocols engineered to reduce slippage while safeguarding shareholder value, making the Cantor agreement a seamless fit for their model.
Furthermore, Evernorth has previously stated its intention to conduct repeat capital raises whenever market conditions prove advantageous for shareholders. This approach represents a foundational, recurring strategy rather than a one-off event.
Why This Supports XRP
Often characterized as an XRP equivalent to MicroStrategy, every funding round completed by Evernorth results in direct institutional buying pressure for the digital asset. Rather than trading in and out of positions, the company continuously accumulates and holds.
Beyond direct buys, Evernorth intends to yield a portion of its XRP reserves through decentralized finance (DeFi) tactics and liquidity provisioning on the XRP Ledger. These generated yields will then be funneled back into buying more XRP, establishing a compounding accumulation loop driven by XRP’s performance.
Ongoing Expansion
Trading on the Nasdaq under the ticker XRPN, Evernorth offers investors a regulated, public-market vehicle for XRP exposure. This opens up avenues for market participants who are unable or choose not to hold cryptocurrencies directly.
Ultimately, Evernorth’s framework positions XRP as the central asset within an actively managed institutional treasury, with every financing cycle expanding that footprint. The Cantor agreement serves as the newest iteration of a long-term strategy outlined in public documents and slated for repetition.
