XRP Is Setting Up for Something Very Interesting

Crypto analyst Bird has identified a technical pattern on the 4-hour XRP chart resembling two past formations that preceded explosive price surges, sparking speculation of a potential rally toward the two-dollar mark.

XRP Is Setting Up for Something Very Interesting

Crypto analyst Bird (@Bird_XRPL) has spotted a technical formation on the 4-hour XRP chart that strongly resembles two past patterns. Both earlier occurrences came right before substantial price surges. With the current formation taking shape close to crucial support zones, Bird suggests it is gearing up for a notable move.

The chart spans from July to October on the Binance XRP/USD trading pair, featuring three descending resistance trendlines highlighted in orange across different timeframes.

As Bird points out, “the first two were followed by explosive moves upwards after XRP found support.” A third trendline is presently developing under nearly identical circumstances.

The Key Levels to Watch

Plotted on the chart is a long-term ascending white support trendline that originates below $1 and stretches into October. A significant demand zone lies in the $1.30 to $1.34 range, highlighted by a purple horizontal box. Meanwhile, resistance clusters between $1.52 and $1.56, also shown via a purple zone near the upper portion of the chart.

When the post was published, XRP changed hands at $1.3986. Following an earlier rally, the price retreated from highs close to $1.60 and stabilized just above the primary demand area, with the ascending support trendline positioned directly underneath.

The Pattern Bird Is Tracking

Bird outlines the configuration simply: “Three similar structures. One very interesting possibility.” In the first two instances, the orange descending trendlines broke upward once the asset successfully maintained support. The initial pattern sparked an August rally where XRP climbed over 50% across a 65-hour window, while the second triggered another subsequent pump.

The ongoing trendline presents ongoing overhead resistance while the price squeezes between the demand zone and the rising trendline below.

Marked by a green arrow on the chart, Bird’s forecast points to a $2 objective. In his words, “If history rhymes, a breakout above that resistance could open the door towards $2.00.” Such a move would equate to a roughly 43% gain relative to the $1.3986 price point at the time of his update.

Where XRP Stands Now

For Bird’s projection to play out, the token needs to secure a validated breakout past the $1.52 to $1.56 resistance ceiling while defending the $1.30 to $1.34 demand threshold. Beneath that demand area, the ascending white trendline offers further backing.

Bird has refrained from setting a precise timeframe for the anticipated movement. Explaining that he is “watching this VERY closely,” he notes that the formation remains a work in progress, and the third descending trendline has yet to reach its conclusion.
